Blogging is human intelligence displayed in the search engines. My hats off to you if you’ve gone against the grain and have chosen to tap into your creativity to start a blog.
If you’ve had any experience with the education system, then you know that it’s designed to train you for industrial jobs. Unfortunately, we’ve transitioned from the industrial age into the technological age.
The technological age is heavily depended upon information because information is what feeds technology. Sometimes, we gather information through education, but it must be transformed into innovation to be used for personal profitable benefit.
Although I think that having a formal education is important if you need a job, it’s even more important to rethink intelligence and how it’s used in the marketplace today.
As a blogger, you’ve already begun to rethink intelligence because you’ve taken what you know and turned it into something innovative and edgy. You aren’t afraid to think outside the box and develop your ideas into something more than average.
If you’ve ever watched the movie I-Robot, the complexity of problems evolved when the robot began to think and act outside of the systematic program in which it had been taught. The extraordinary evidence of human creativity displayed in blogging parallels this issues outlined in the movie.
You have broken free of the systematic way of thinking and have utilized your ability to leverage authentic ideas in creative ways.
Even if you’re still working a job and blogging part-time, continue to develop your skills because you’re on to something big. You’re on the road to tapping into your limitless supply of ideas.
On this journey, you may feel a bit overwhelmed or like a stranger to yourself because you’re operating outside of your norm.
You’re breaking the rules that say you must do as you’re told; walk in a straight line; don’t make a lot of noise, and spend less time on creativity and more time on learning the system.
These ideas and rules are embedded into your subconscious mind and are hard to break. They linger and wait for your moment of failure so you can go back to business as usual.
Yet, I say, if you’re a blogger, don’t be afraid to be wrong sometimes; just be an original. Be who you are!
